Vietnam’s safe environment, cen-tralized location, strong economic growth, and existing bilateral agreement with the United States - all of these qualities provide the ideal climate for Colorado trade, investment, and other exchanges.

In 2016, Vietnam’s exports totaled over US $176b and imports totaled over US $173b.

Vietnam focuses on innovation and growth in all sectors including technology, manufacturing, agri-culture, tourism, and education.   The country’s growing population of almost 100 million people is young, educated, and dynamic.

Please join the Colorado Vietnam Cooperation Council (CVCC) Trade Mission to Vietnam, September 25, 2018 to October 6, 2018.  Each mission participant will receive a customized schedule of meetings with prospective business partners.  Participants will also have the opportunity to:

  • Explore and understand the current possibilities for their companies’ products and services.
  • Meet with key officials to understand how to enter successfully into the Vietnamese market.
  • Be empowered to transform their business with a new and emerging market.
  • Expand into the Vietnamese market to gain the competitive advantage (access to products/services at a lower price point).
  • Develop in-market networks.
  • Understand the legal aspects of cross – border commerce.
  • Participate in business - to - business networking events.

The current Trade Mission will focus on Agriculture and Manufacturing sectors. Future trade missions will include the following sectors:

  • Aquaculture
  • Construction & Engineering
  • Education
  • Environment
  • Oil & Gas
  • Technology
  • Tourism
  • Real Estate

Mission Costs:

The participation fee is US $3,000 per person. However, each additional participant from the same company is US $1,500.  Travel, hotel, and meals are not included.

Travel and Hotel:

CVCC can assist with all travel and hotel arrangements. CVCC will establish designated Trade Mission hotels as the choice hotels.

Eligibility and How to Apply:

To join this Trade Mission to Vietnam, the business or organization must be established within the state of Colorado.  The deadline to apply for this trade mission is April 26, 2018.  To apply for this trade mission, please complete the attached Company Profile form.
